We offer several dental hygiene treatments here at HAUS of Dentistry. Our Smile Maintenance Hygiene Therapy treatment is dedicated to removing tartar any build-up of plaque. Our clients choose this service every three to six months to keep their smile in optimum health and looking great. Regular visits ensure that potential problems can be identified and addressed early, saving you time and money in the long term.


Upgrading to Airflow Hygiene Therapy is the latest development in dental hygiene technology, which uses body temperature water for a comfortable and pleasant hygiene experience – fantastic for sensitive teeth. Not only does Airflow offer a far more comfortable experience, Airflow offers far superior stain removal and polishing ability compared to regular polishing methods leaving you with a brighter, cleaner smile. The HAUS team recommends Airflow for anyone who wants to level up from a traditional hygiene visit.


Time Required for Hygiene Therapy

Our hygiene treatments are typically 30 minutes long for both our Smile Maintenance and Airflow Hygiene Therapy. During this 30-minute appointment, our Hygiene Therapist will remove any build up of plaque, harmful bacteria and any staining present. We also offer a more in-depth Active Hygiene Therapy appointment for those clients who are experiencing gum disease or need a more extensive clean on their initial visits to the HAUS clinic.


Hygiene Therapy Pricing Structure

Smile Maintenance Hygiene Therapy is £85 or included as part of Gold and Platinum Memberships starting from £20 per month.


Airflow Dental Cleaning price is £115 or included as part of Diamond or Black Memberships starting from £25 per month.


What does Hygiene Therapy do?

During your Airflow appointment, our Hygiene Therapist provides an in-depth professional and painless teeth cleaning experience to help maintain a beautiful, healthy smile. We focus on removing harmful plaque (called biofilm) on teeth and gums, which is important to prevent gum disease and tooth decay. 


Using body-temperature water, air and powder provides a far more comfortable hygiene appointment, leaving your teeth feeling much cleaner and brighter by the removal of staining.

This service is essential for clients with signs of gum disease. Additionally, it is highly recommended by our team of experts for our clients. This treatment is necessary to help treat gums to remove harmful bacteria that lead to tooth mobility and tooth loss. 

 

The number of sessions required is based on the condition of your gums. Working with your Dentist and Hygiene Therapist to proactively improve your oral health to reduce the risk of further problems.
